1¾ cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
1 cup pumpkin
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1½ cups cranberries (fresh or frozen) coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease and flour an 8½ x 4½ x 2½ inch loaf pan.
Combine dry ingredients, except cranberries, in a separate mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring until just dry ingredients from moist.
Stir in cranberries. Spread evenly in a loaf pan. Bake for 1½ hours or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
